  • Job Description : Primary Responsibilities to build business Franchise, and will be responsible for getting target achieved for all the products in the allocated Region. • Conduct periodic strategic review of the business portfolio across the branches. • Develop annual business plans, strategies for Gold Loan business and review performance monthly. Work with support functions (Ops, Marketing, Sales, HR, and Admin, Audit etc.) to ensure team gets the required support to develop business and achieve targets. • Lead and inspire branches to delivery as per business plan.   • Job Description: Acquisition of new Authorized Person (AP) through various Sales Channels. Networking, data base and references. • Identify Retail and HNI clients from his/her own resources and ensure to establish relationship with the organization. • Drive the channel business for the company. Identify Authorized Person new or existing from the open market and propose them with our competitive offers and introduce them to the company. Post introduction activate the said AP and ensure day to day servicing and increasing his/her business with us. • Introduce AP which confirms with a fixed amount of revenue month on month for the company. • Ensure that the clients and channel partners are absolutely satisfied with the services and commitments towards them.
